Welcome to WinMe, a platform owned and maintained by Refcoins (Pvt) Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). If you access WinMe from outside Sri Lanka, your information may be transferred to and processed in Sri Lanka. By using WinMe, you consent to such transfer and processing.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Effective Date" below.
